RAR is not counterfeiting or piracy,

RAR is a way to compress data, it can be read with WinZip or WinRAR

The rest, the original poster makes no mention of illegal uploads...

Hello!  It's impossible.  A RAR file is an archive. An ISO file is a CD image.  It's like wanting to turn a moped into a goldfish: It's impossible!

Hello, I come in response to the replies and comments. When we ask for help, it's not to say certain things concerning P2P as Teutates said, but anyway, let's stay calm. Regarding this file, it's a friend who sent it to me on MSN, and when I finished receiving it, it was in RAR format, and the friend told me to convert it to ISO for some reason I don't know, but anyway, everything is back to normal now; I deleted it. Thank you anyway, Mich.

An RAR containing an ISO is 99% likely to involve piracy.  Here, we try to stay within the law and enforce the charter, that's all.

99.99% of rar files are iso - just extract them to "convert" the rar into iso.

To open .rar: 7zip

You extract all files from .rar into a folder.

You download Daemon Tools

In Daemon Tools, you select the folder with the files to put on an .iso and tell it to create an image.

Duration of the process: less than 5 minutes.

If you know that it's an iso file sent as rar, you just need to change the extension from rar to iso, then you burn the image to a CD or read it with a virtual drive like Daemon. It’s that simple!

Proof: I just downloaded the rar of a Live CD from a Linux distro that I need to convert to iso for burning.
The distro is a free distribution.
