Hello
I have a Bravia KDL 32S5550 television that was working well. Since yesterday, the channels are no longer indexed and I have no channels before number 800! I have the TNT channels but starting from 800. If I press number 1 on the remote, a message appears indicating that there is no channel at that number.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.3

Hello, I just found the solution to the following problems:
1. adjustment of channels from 800
2. display of logo bands on either side of the screen
3. unexpected deprogramming of channels
You need to restart the programming:
menu>settings>configuration>auto start
by choosing the following options:
-language: French
- country: France
- location: home
(and not menu>settings>digital settings>digital channel settings>auto digital memo)
If you want to avoid the unexpected deprogramming of channels (but do not want to be updated), cancel the auto update:
menu>settings>configuration>digital settings>technical configuration>auto service update> choose "NO"
