Sound issue on Bticino intercom

Hello,

I installed a new audio intercom kit no2 with a BTicino strike release; everything works except for the voice going from the street to the indoor module; it works in the direction from indoors to the street.
Can a specialist help me?
The two-wire connection has been correctly made...
