Hello,
I have a big problem, I live in an apartment building and my intercom is not working. When it rings, I can't hear anyone downstairs, and I can't hear anything either. My dad took a look, he "fiddled a bit" with it, and after that, I could hear him when he rang the doorbell, but he couldn't hear me. I have an intercom model 641800 (or tonna), I'm not sure. The electrician's quote is too expensive unfortunately. I would like to know which brand I can get as a replacement because I can't find the same one. I saw the same model on a website, but it's a brand called Exel, and I don't know what to do. It's a 2-wire system.
Thank you for your responses.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Here is the translation you requested:
"Here, I looked at Casto, I saw models where you need to plug in an adapter, but mine is not connected to a socket, it's just connected to the wall with two wires, and as I said before, I live in a building where we are all connected to the same panel. What is the solution, please? Thank you."
