Bonjour,je suis ici pour vous demander de l'aider car depuis quelques jours mon ordinateur "rame". En faite sur mon ordinateur je dispose de Windows xp sp3 et Linux sous Linux il y a pas de souci particulier mais en revanche sous Windows xp un ralentissement est survenu je ne sais pas comment.
Par ralentissement j'entend 5 min pour arriver sur le bureau quand j'ouvre une fenetre il mais une éternité a l'ouvrir etc...
J'ai cherché a trouver une solution j'ai deja effectué un coups de CCleaner. J'ai fait un diagnostique avec l'aide de ZHPDiag donc je vous donne le rapport en lien :

Nettoyer son pc manuellement
* Cliquez sur démarrer puis exécuter et tapez
cleanmgr
* Choisir le lecteur à nettoyer puis appuyez sur OK,
* Cocher ce que vous souhaitez supprimer,
* Cliquez sur autre options et cliquez sur nettoyer restauration système, cela n'effacera que les anciennes,
* Finir en cliquant sur OK,
* Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre confirmez les actions à exécuter.
Nettoyer Dossier Prefetch
* Pour cela, allez dans C:\ Windows allez dans le dossier prefetch
* Supprimez ce qui s'y trouve, ce dossier facilite le démarrage des logiciels.
* En supprimant ces fichiers, on risque de ralentir la machine provisoirement car les fichiers se recréés automatiquement à la réutilisation du dit logiciel.
Nettoyer Dossier temp
* Faites démarrer puis exécuter tapez %temp%
* avec cette action vous ouvrez le dossier temp vous pouvez supprimer tout ce qui s'y trouve,
* certains ne seront pas supprimés, c'est normal, car en cours d'utilisation.

voila j'ai fait ce qu'il fallait avec Cleaner ! j'ai l'impression de tourner en rond :s c'est toujours au ralenti ! Mercide ton aide que dois je faire après ?

tu telecharge regseeker sur ton bureau https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/19203-regseeker/ tu le dezippe sur ton bureau avec un clic droit tu fait extraire ici
tu double clic sur le dossier regseeker qui a été générer et tu double clic sur regseeker.exe dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre
on haut a droite tu a langage tu le mais on français
après a gauche tu a nettoyer le registre tu clic une fois
tu vérifie que tout et cocher sauf service invalide
et tu fait un clique sur nettoyage automatique
revérifie que tout est cocher sauf tout sélectionner
et tu met 4 passe et tu appuie sur go
tu double clic sur le dossier regseeker qui a été générer et tu double clic sur regseeker.exe dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre

Oui c'est bizarre. Au démarrage de windows la musique est toute saccadée et puis dés que je lance un programme l'ordinateur commence a ramer.

Telecharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :
-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.
- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
-Attention Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. risque de figer l'ordi
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)
-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Cela va relancer Combofix,
Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.
Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.
S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.
Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt
/!\ Manip crée spécialement pour cet utilisateur , ne pas reproduire chez soi ... /!\
Ouvre le Bloc-Notes (Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Copie ce texte ( en gras )d'une traite ( CTRL+C pour copier ) puis colle-le ( CTRL+V dans le bloc-note )

Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt.
Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Je suis désolé mais il ma pas demandé de choisir 1 ou 2 donc sa ma fait un nouveau scan et j'arrive pas a le trouvé et comme sa m'énerve tempi je vais formater l'ordinateur de tout façon tout mes fichiers important sont sur le disque dur externe merci de ton aide et de tes explications toujours trés claire
