after checking my bank statement, I noticed, like many others, a charge of 89.99 E from secure.com even though I have never ordered anything from them. How can I get a refund and stop this issue? Thank you for your urgent response.

Call the company Secure.com to inquire about the withdrawal. If that doesn't yield any results, contact your financial institution and report the fraud to them. If nothing still happens, you can contact the authorities or the media.
