Comment éliminer ces virus ?

en scanant mon pc j'ai trouvé tous ces virus :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\yafij.dll - TrojanDownloader:Win32/WinShow.AK -> Suspicious
C:\Program Files\WinRAR\Uninstall.exe - Backdoor:Win32/Poebot.E -> Suspicious
C:\FOUND.135\FILE0020.CHK - TrojanDownloader:Win32/WinShow.AK -> Suspicious
C:\FOUND.112\FILE0000.CHK - TrojanDownloader:Win32/Agent.BX.dam#2 -> Infected
C:\FOUND.116\FILE0011.CHK - TrojanDownloader:Win32/Agent.LR.dam#2 -> Infected
C:\FOUND.131\FILE0006.CHK - TrojanDownloader:Win32/WinShow.AK -> Suspicious
C:\FOUND.136\FILE0010.CHK - TrojanDownloader:Win32/WinShow.AK -> Suspicious
C:\FOUND.142\FILE0008.CHK - TrojanDownloader:Win32/WinShow.AK -> Suspicious

comment faire pour les enlever ?
