Medion E82001 slide scanner

Hello,
Unable to scan a slide on the Live View of the scanner E82001
I am on XP peripherals: HP C4270 and Neufbox
Need drivers?
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    I just bought one from ALDI (39.90 euros), installed it and everything works fine. I’m running Windows XP
    First you must install the drivers on the CD in the box as well as the Photo Impression software
    After turning off and restarting the PC, connect it (and only at that moment) the scanner

    Attention: negative film strips or slides are very fragile!!! Open and close them gently
    Remember to also mail back the warranty with the receipt

      I just bought mine at Aldi for the same price but I can’t view my negatives. How do I fix this?

      Hello, the software installation went well, but when we view the slide, right after, it shows a black screen, and we can’t do anything anymore, we have to restart the computer!!! if someone can tell me why, thanks.

    I just bought the same thing, I can't manage it. The slides are unreadable. If you managed to do it, please tell me how you did it.

    Hello ,

    For this type of scanner, if after installing the software you cannot calibrate or launch the software, make sure you have enough power, of course you need at least USB 2.0 ... Because for this type of scanner powered by USB it requires a minimum of 300 to 500 mA, so it should not be installed on a laptop; it will not work or will not work properly. And to resolve the problem under Windows XP, try unplugging all USB devices except the scanner, and otherwise the best option for now is to go through a powered USB hub.

    I just bought the Medion E82001 scanner, but I can't install the software; Microsoft cuts me off in the middle of the installation

    Hello,

    I contacted support. Actually the installation software is not fully compatible with XP. Solution given by the Médion Hot Line: "Upgrade to Vista or 7"????? :-(

    I am on Windows 7 and no problem, first install the driver and then the photo software. don't forget to press the scanner's button that opens a new window ..... however I can't see these photos on the Samsung Player One phone ..... format problem ??????
