Hello,
I just acquired a Mac and I've never had one before; I've always used Windows, so I'm a bit lost regarding some things, especially how to get the left click?

When I see an image, how do I save it? Or how do I set it directly as a wallpaper? And how do I rename a folder or a photo?

Thank you for your understanding ^^
Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 523.10

Hello,

In general, you should know that each application has settings called Preferences, and you can access them via the "Preferences..." menu in each application.

The Mac OS X system (which manages your disk, mouse, etc.) is also an application, so it also has its preferences that you can adjust. You access it via the "Apple -> System Preferences..." menu.
To adjust your mouse: choose in Hardware the "Keyboard and Mouse" menu. You can then configure it as you wish.

For images, when you see one you like, click on it, hold the click, and drag the image to the desktop, then release the click. This is called "drag and drop."
To rename it, click on the name associated with the icon and change the name. The same goes for a folder...

Since this is your first Mac, I invite you to visit this excellent site: Getting Started on Mac and if you are a Windows user, take a closer look at the section dedicated to those transitioning from Windows.
