I might have what you're looking for: Philips TV codes 019 or 020 or 021, for the Sony DVD 207.
Here's how to proceed:
1 - Set the selector to the position of the device to be controlled.
TV = Television, DVD = DVD Player / other VCR, SAT = satellite receiver, VCR = VCR
2 - Press and hold the Menu button and enter one of the 3-digit codes corresponding to the brand of the device.
3 - Release the Menu button.
4 - Try to put your device in standby using the Stop button on the remote. If it doesn't turn off, try another code.
Note: Depending on the year of commercialization of the device, some codes may cover more functions than others, and some functions may be unavailable.
You need to test and try all the codes.
