Probleme Zone alarm

Bonjour,
J'ai des soucis avec Zone Alarm quand j'allume ma connexion il marche bien mais à un moment donné la connexion s'établit plus avec mozilla firefox mais avec d'autres applications elle marche.
Comment puis je la régler.
J'ai spybot en anti-spyware et avast en antivirus.

vérifie ton processeur est 32 ou 64 byts
