... unless you have important things you don't want to lose.
You can also just try installing over what exists. You never know.

Unfortunately with Incredimail.....it's a parasite and you need to be well protected (and even then) to prevent anything from happening with it...

I agree with jmp59, try uninstalling and then reinstalling!

My "serious error" problem still isn't resolved, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, updating it, nothing works. I don't know what to do anymore!!!
