virus ADSPY/FTat.A.2 Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
g un virus et mon antivirus me peut le supprimer,voici le type de message:

Dans le fichier 'C:\System Volume Information\_restore{4A15CF25-4008-4459-8160-D1ABD7B17003}\RP153\A0027895.exe'
un virus ou un programme indésirable 'ADSPY/FTat.A.2' [adware] a été détecté.
Action exécutée : Refuser l'accès

bonjour, pour ce qui est dans 'C:\System Volume Information\_restore  cela correspond à la restauration système il suffira de la purger pour supprimer définitivement tout ce qui est dedans , mais seulement si vraiment rein d'autre comme infection sur le pc , pourrais tu poster un RSIT pour voir cela , Merci

1) Télécharges et installes  HijackThis : 

https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/

Cliques sur le fichier hijackthis téléchargé pour lancer l'installation 
laisses toi guider et ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installation . 
A la fin de l’installation, le programme se lance automatiquement 
fermes le en cliquant sur la croix rouge.
 

Ne lances pas ce programme pour l'instant et fais la suite  


2) Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

.Déconnectes toi et fermes toutes tes applications en cours  

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer. 

Clic droit sous VISTA (exécuter en tant que…) 

.Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

.Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 1 months 

.cliques ensuite sur " Continuer " pour lancer l'analyse  


.laisses faire le scan et ne touches pas au PC  


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront 

Postes le contenu de " log.txt " , ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ... 

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante 
 
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum ??
 

Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier  C:\rsit

bonjour, non c'est pas le bon mais pas grave je vois déjà pas mal , tu fais ce qui suit , merci 

1) passes ad-remover option L

• Télécharge Ad-remover ( de C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

• Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut . 

• Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
• Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

Pendant son nettoyage, l'outil a récolté certains fichiers infectieux.

3) comme tu as malwarebytes sur ton pc tu l'ouvres 
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation  de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes

. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes  Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. redemarre le pc si il le fait pas lui même
. une fois redémarré  double-cliques sur malwarebytes
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

bonjour, tu veux dire que tu 'arrives pas à faire l'analyse avec malwarebytes , essais en l'ouvrant et en fesant la mise à jour de le lancer en examem complet !! sinon tu le désinstalles et tu le réinstalles

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
. enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation  de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes  Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. redemarre le pc si il le fait pas lui même
. une fois redémarré  double-cliques sur malwarebytes
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

1) Desactives la protection residente de ton antivirus et ton parefeu et anti-spyware si present , le temps du scan 

passes List&Kill'em

il ne demande pas d'installation tu doubles cliques dessus " pour vista clique droit et en tant que administrateur "

tu mets f pour français et valides avec entrée 

tu choisis 1= Mode Recherche  et entrée tu le laisse travailler et tu postes le rapport 

il est sinon conservé à la racine du disque système



2) Desactives la protection residente de ton antivirus et ton parefeu et anti-spyware si present , le temps du scan 

Relances List&Kill'em comme tu as fait pour l'option 1 (soit en clic droit pour vista), 

mais cette fois-ci : 

choisis l'option 2 = Mode Destruction 

laisse travailler l'outil

apres les verifications , un rapport va s'ouvrir. 

 ferme-le. 

un deuxieme rapport va s'ouvrir , 

 colle son contenu dans ta reponse

si tu veux parler de celui qui se trouve dans 'C:\System Volume Information\_restore  il suffit de purger la restauration système. mais pour la ligne 017 qui est pour moi un détournement de DNS le problème  reste puisque tu dis que c'est toi qui la mise !!

bonjour, comme cela : 
Après une désinfection il est utile de supprimer tous les points de restauration système de façon à ne pas remonter, par mégarde, un point de restauration infecté. 

Pour cela, il faut désactiver la restauration système (ce qui aura pour conséquence de supprimer tous les points de restauration existants) puis la réactiver juste après pour que Windows continue à faire des points de sauvegarde réguliers.


Supprimer les anciens points de restauration : System Volume Information\_restore

(1) Désactiver la Restauration du système

cliques sur Démarrer
Cliques droit sur Poste de travail 
cliques sur Propriétés
Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
Coches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît, 
cliques sur Oui.
Cliques sur OK.


(2) Activer la Restauration du système


cliques sur Démarrer
Cliques droit sur Poste de travail 
cliques sur Propriétés
Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
Décoches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
cliques sur Oui.
Cliques sur OK.





(3) Créer un point de restauration


    .cliquer sur démarrer
    .cliquer sur tous les programmes
    .cliquer sur accessoires
    .cliquer sur outils système
    .cliquer sur restauration du système
    .sur la fenêtre qui s'ouvre cocher créer un point de restauration
    .cliquer sur suivant
    .dans la fenêtre description du point de restauration lui donner un nom explisitede façon à savoir à quoi il correspond
    .cliquer sur céer
    .une fois que la page s'affiche avec en haut sur gauche le nom et l'heure de ton point de restauration  fermes la fenêtre
