Problem opening compressed folder

Hello,
I downloaded an album from the Orange website, in the music store section. The download was successful, but I can't open the folder which is in ZIP format.
An error message appears: compressed folder error. The compressed folder is not valid.
If anyone can help me, as this is a paid download and I don't want to pay for nothing.

Hello Have you tried opening it with WinRAR?

if the folder is compressed, you need to decompress it before you can use it

download win rar

then open your compressed folder and click extract then ok
if it tells you that it is a trial version of win rar, it's not a big deal, it still works

when you right-click on the folder and go to properties how much does the folder weigh? the size?
