Bonjour,
Je sollicite un peu de votre temps pour m'aider a résoudre ce petit problème,j'ai contracté un rootkit.gen et il a permis une invasion de trojan,et de virus sur mon pc,je pense avoir réussi à les supprimer mais en ce qui concerne le rootkit je n'y arrive pas.
Quelqu'un aurait l'amabilité de me dépanner svp !!?? :(

Oué ok,mais une tite question,pendant l'analyse toolbar sd,windows me signale plusieurs fois " l'utilitaire QGREP a cessé de fonctionner..Fermer le programme ",ça veut dire quoi ?

Relance HijackThis.
Choisis Do a scan only
Coche la case devant les lignes suivantes

Ferme toutes les fenêtres (hormis HijackThis), y compris ton navigateur.
Clique sur fix checked.
Ferme Hijackthis.
Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note et envoie le.

# Télécharge ToolsCleaner! de A.Rothstein pour enlever les programmes que nous avons utilisés pendant la procédure.

Enregistre ToolsCleaner!.zip sur le Bureau puis décompresse-le
Double-clique dessus --> Le programme va nettoyer les fichiers...
Ouvre le rapport que tu trouveras là ~C:\TCleaner.txt
Copie-colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Euh bah en fait là il n'y à pas de log,parce que j'ai effacé le rapport,j'ai supprimé les logiciels,vidé la corbeille etc..si je me trompe dis moi.J'ai grillé quelques étapes mais si je peux récupérer un log,tiens moi au courant.
Salut,bah pour l'instant il va plutôt bien,mais le truc c'est qu'au démarrage il prend toujours autant de temps,alors qu'avant ça allait plus vite,de plus,moi qui croyait avoir desactiver le partage administratif,il me semble qu'il s'est réactiver.

Lors de l’installation, [décoche] l’option qui t’installerait la barre Yahoo !
¤ Lance CCleaner.
Suppression des fichiers temporaires
Va dans la section "Options" situé dans la marge gauche. Décoche Avancé. Retourne ensuite dans la section "Nettoyeur"
Fais bien attention de cocher toutes ces cases dans la marge gauche (Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer/Système)
• Clique sur Analyse
• Patiente le temps du scan, qui peut prendre un peu de temps si c'est la première fois.
• Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur Lancer le Nettoyage
Suppression des incohérence du registre
• Clique sur l'icône Registre située dans la marge gauche.
• Puis clique sur Analyser les erreurs
• Patiente pendant que CCleaner scan ton registre.
• Une fois le scan terminé, coche toutes les entrées qu'il t'aura trouvé.
• Tu peux cliquer ensuite sur Corriger les erreurs.
Si tu n'est pas sûr de ce que tu fais, tu peux choisir de sauvegarder les entrées cochées pour les restaurer ultérieurement

La défragmentation de votre disque dur vous permettra de regrouper tous les fragments éparpillé sur le disque afin d'optimiser le temps d'accès lors de la lecture de certains fichiers.
Pour ce faire :
Démarrer
Ordinateur/Poste de travail
Clique droit sur une partition du disque dur à défragmenter
Propriétés
Onglet Outils
Dans Défragmentation > Défragmenter maintenant
Défragmenter maintenant
Sélectionnez la/les partition(s) à défragmenter
Cliquez sur OK

Salut,désolé du retard,je vais tenter la defragmentation,mais un autre soucis se pose,le rootkit gen est revenu,comment je sais pas,sa me pète les c***lles .

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
