Hello,
for the past few days a blank line has been appearing approximately every 5 cm.
I have performed a nozzle cleaning but there has been no change.

Hello,
I can manage to do the whole maintenance program except the alignment since I'm missing several lines on my test sheet.
When I run a nozzle test after cleaning them, the results are never the same, and I'm always missing a bunch of lines, but in different places each time.
Help!!!

cleaning the underside of the print head yourself?
I assume your ink cartridges are not empty?
Have you performed the print head cleaning, the alignment of the print head, everything?

try printing an image with several colors (like the Windows logo in large) and see which one is missing???

I can't align the heads because the sheet prints poorly.
