Used ink stamp printer Epson DX8450

Hello,
I own an Epson DX8450 printer. For 2 days now it’s showing me: ink pad is saturated. Printer is full.. What can I do because I’ve looked online and they say to replace the pad and reset the counter. Could you tell me how to disassemble and replace the pad and how to reset the counter to 0. Thank you

    the easiest is to go to an Epson dealer
    they replace it for free
