trojan recalcitrant

Question

Bonjour,
je vous sollicite car j'ai un gros problème d'infection 
pour ne rien vous cacher, j'ai eu l'aide d'un autre forum en vain
du coup, je me retrouve avec des programmes comme combofix et je ne sais pas m'en debarasser 
firefox présente des difficultés ainsi que internet explorer 
antivir detecte un trojan 
si quelqu'un a le courage de reprendre l'affaire en route ce serait sympa

bonjour, si tu avais le lien de ta discution de l'autre forum pour voir et comprendre ce qui à été fait  , cela searit simpa de le coller ici !!

bon en attendant on va essaiyer de reprendre les choses , si tu as des rapports d'outils , merci de les poster 
 et puis tu fais un RSIT pour voir si infection !!

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* laisses le chois 1 month 
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

bonjour, je suis passer sur ton autre sujet sur cnet et donné à luclepianiste le lien de celui ci  !!

bon côté infection je vois rien !! normal luclepianiste t'a fait faire le vide !! lol !!

tu dis avoir des problème por supprimer combofix, tu passeras toolscleaner 2 .

pour puis tu me diras pour ad-aware si toujours dans tes programmes , perso je le vois juste dans les démarrage automatique on le déactivera après , quand antivir te signal ton tronjan il doit te donner un chemin si oui peux tu nous le donner " chemin ou il le trouve "

. Double-cliques sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler 
. Cliques sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
. Cliques sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
. Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
. Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
. Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse



2) fais un examem complet de ton pc avec malwarebytes

comme tu as déjà malwarebytes sur ton pc tu l'ouvres et tu fais la mise à jour, et tu fais un examem complet de ton pc avec 

. Double clique sur malwarbytes pour l'ouvrir 
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation  de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche 
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet 
. Cliques sur Rechercher 
. Le scan démarre. 
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : 
L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) 

. cliques sur Supprimer la sélection 

. Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. 
. redemarres le pc si il ne l'a pas fait automatiquement
. une fois redémarré double-cliques sur malwarebytes 
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log 
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché 
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous 
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller
