MAC filtering error - connection no longer possible

Hello,

This morning, I encountered some issues with my SFR internet, TV, and phone network (actually it lasted from 11 AM to 10:30 PM, so tonight) => problem with the SFR network.

I wanted to check the configuration of the NEUFBOX and saw that MAC filtering was not enabled. I enabled it, but before that, it indicated that I needed to add the MAC address of the main PC, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to connect afterwards. So, I added the MAC address and activated the filtering.

Since my SFR line became operational again, I can't access my neufbox DDxx. Therefore, I can't go back to the SFR settings to remove the filtering, but I can still access the Internet through Neuf Wifi.. It’s great!!!

Is there anyone who has an idea on how I can remove the MAC filtering again so that I can connect properly?? Thanks in advance

I'm asking for your help before calling SFR Customer Service.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Good evening

On your box, there is a small round notch marked "reset." Press it with the tip of a pen, and it will be restored to factory settings after about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Then, to connect to the configuration page, you need to enter 192.168.1.1 as usual, and the login details are
    admin
WPA key noted on the box.

    Kind regards.
