Memup MediaDisk ZX: Image but no sound

Hello,

I have a multimedia external hard drive "Memup MediaDisk ZX 1TB"
It is connected to the TV via an HDMI cable,
it has been working fine for just over a year...

Since yesterday, there is no sound, just the image. I have turned it off/on, plugged and unplugged the HDMI cable
still the same, has anyone encountered the same problem? Do you have a solution?

    Problem solved,

    - factory settings for the mediadisk
    - re-initialization of the TV sound settings
