Memup feel design recognition issue

Hello,
I just received a Memup Feeel Design external hard drive, and when I plug it into the computer, I can't find it. What should I do? It is recognized by the computer because when I disconnect the USB port, it appears. 
Configuration: Windows XP /

Hi, I'm also having trouble with my Memup Feel Design hard drive. At first, it was causing my PC to restart, and I had to format it on another PC. Then the connection between the hard drive and the TV via SCART stopped working. Now, the PC can no longer detect the hard drive. The hard drive spins fine, but it's impossible to read it. Does anyone have any ideas to help me? Thank you.

Well, clearly there are quite a few people troubled by this manufacturer and this type of external hard drive. I just bought a Memup Feel Design as well, and yesterday I had to format it to FAT32 to transfer files from my Mac to the hard drive. Everything went smoothly during the transfer, but when I connect the hard drive to my TV, it can't read the different video formats I've installed. It's a mystery... however, it does read the photos. I am sure about the quality of the video files as I've tested them on another external hard drive. What to do... Thanks if you have a solution. P.S.: Check online, there are quite a few sites where consumers are unhappy...

I also have a problem with my Feel Design hard drive: I just connected it to my PC for the first time, and it's asking me to format it right away. However, I'm afraid that by doing this I'll erase the reading drivers.

To make matters worse, when I want to unplug it, my PC tells me that it's in use, and I don't want to unplug it hot.

So what should I do?

Unplug it while it's cold then.

I also have a problem, but it's different from yours. It makes me skip all the chapters. I even took out the batteries from the remote control, nothing works, so there's a problem with the machine. Can you help me please? Thank you.

Mais votre publicité est bonne pour tromper les clients.
La semaine dernière, j'ai acheté un iPod Memup Feel design, mais maintenant il ne fonctionne pas et les boutons aussi... si j'en presse un, un autre se presse aussi.
Ne vendez pas uniquement pour votre profit, soyez satisfait des clients...

J'ai été trompé par votre produit... soyez la dernière personne.
