I am forwarding the suspicious email I received today; in my opinion, it does not come from Caisse d'Épargne. If someone can trace its creator, it would be good to report them.

I received an email from the Caisse d'Épargne (supposedly) saying that there were errors in the withdrawals from my account even though I'm not with them at all! What should I do? Report them?

Hello, while reading my emails, I just noticed that I’m receiving messages from (supposedly) the Caisse d'Épargne bank, where I don’t have any account, warning me that fraudulent transactions have been recorded on my bank card (which I also don’t own) and that I need to update my card online. This message seems more than suspicious, especially since it is written in quite poor French. I hope that the real clients of Caisse d'Épargne won’t have any issues.

I have received this email several times asking me to confirm a bank card, but I do not have an account with them!
The response to their address is ineffective (returned the email). Who should I report this to?
