SMS received from 38015 Solved

Question

Hello everyone! After a brief conversation with the receptionist at my savings bank, to renew my password which was no longer valid!!.. I was told: "We will send you a temporary number by SMS, which you will need to change at your first login" So my savings bank sends me an SMS, the sender being that famous number: 38015 .. What does it mean? I'm curious!???? Back home, I log into my personal space to make this change! And then, during this process, and for security I suppose, another SMS is sent to me containing a code, which I am asked to enter in order to access my accounts! Which I obviously do! But this time, the sender of the SMS is clearly titled: CEIDF (Caisse d'Epargne Ile de France)...  Conclusion: : What does this number actually mean?       Configuration: Windows / Edge 99.0.1150.39

Hello My Caisse d'Epargne sends me a text message, with the sender being this famous number: 38015 .. What does it mean? I'm curious!????   You're the only one who thinks this comes from the CE, because they told you that a text would reach you...  We don't know the content -- Mark as resolved if your issue has been solved. Hello RedBart! First of all, thank you for replying so quickly!! But we misunderstood each other! I might not have expressed myself well!? You tell me: "you're the only one who thinks it's from the CE because you were told a text message would reach you... We don't know its content ... I have to believe it, because it's true!!! This expected text message clearly states that it is from Caisse D'Epargne and the content is the temporary password that allowed me to access my account!  So my question is being asked again!  PS: Several organizations use a number to identify themselves? Why?   -- The eternal drama of man is that of a freedom misused!
