Probleme lecteur cd

O23 - Service: Service Bonjour (Bonjour Service) - Apple Inc. - C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe

Si tu ne supprimes pas le service cela ne sert à rien de faire supprimer la ligne.
Il est préférable de faire passer MBAM en fin de désinfection.

Vérifies si le pilote est à jour comme ceci :
clic droit sur ton lecteur / Propriétés /Matériel / Propriétés / Pilote / mettre à jour pilote.

Tu peux aussi essayer ceci :
Cliques sur Démarrer / Exécuter puis tapes regedit et cliques OK
Recherches la sous-clé de Registre suivante et cliques dessus : (faire une sauvegarde = expoter)
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
2. Dans le volet droit, cliques avec le bouton droit sur UpperFilters, puis cliques sur Supprimer.
3. Cliques sur Oui pour confirmer la suppression de l'entrée de Registre UpperFilters.
4. Dans le volet droit, cliques avec le bouton droit sur LowerFilters, puis cliques sur Supprimer.
5. Cliques sur Oui pour confirmer la suppression de l'entrée de Registre LowerFilters.
6. Quittes l'Éditeur du Registre, puis redémarres l'ordinateur.

j'ais tout essayer mais rien ne fonctionne mais merci quand meme

Fais un scan avec Malwarebytes comme ceci :

• Télécharges Malwarebytes' ici : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
• Double-cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
• Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, tu acceptes.
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
• Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet"
• Clique sur "Rechercher"
• L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
• A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche « L'examen s'est terminé normalement .. »

. Cliques sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur "Afficher les résultats"
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection", Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
À la fin du scan, MBAM te demandera éventuellement de redémarrer le PC.
• Un rapport s'établira, postes son contenu ici (copier = Ctrl+c / coller = Ctrl+v)
