Hello, three weeks ago I won Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on Skyrock... at the end of the late-night radio show at midnight. They told me I would receive it between two weeks and a month... I looked a bit on the web, and some people haven't even received their gifts... so I wanted to know if anyone who won Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 around the same time as me has received it... I tried to send them an email, no response...

For your information, I still haven't received it... but I've got news. You need to call the administrative switchboard.. go to pagesjaunes.fr, type in skyrock in Paris, and you will find 2 numbers, the game switchboard and the administrative switchboard, call the administrative one and explain your "problem" at the reception, she will inquire and tell you when you'll receive it.. as for me, I will receive it between February 10 and March 15.. Count on a delay of 2 to 3 months after being on air to receive your gift...

I find it outrageous but oh well.

Here I am, I called yesterday for a problem and after I called, they didn’t even take my call to claim my free game, it hung up right away. I called again tonight, I got through, and the guy told me sorry, we can’t take you. If this continues, I'm going to boycott Skyrock because it's a scam.

same here, I won concert tickets for Sexion d'Assaut and I've been waiting for a month, even though the concert is in 2 weeks :(
Honestly, I love this radio, but if they're lying, I will let them know my disappointment...

Good evening, on December 28th my daughter went on air and won a t-shirt. Of course, she was over the moon, but it hasn't arrived. Do you know if the delay is long? Today she tried calling the radio but to no avail! They've been passing her from one department to another and it ate up her credit, grrrr! Thanks, radio!!!

I called skyrock this afternoon about the delivery of the gifts (games or jerseys), and they told me to expect around 2 months of waiting, but they're a bit delayed now. They've sent the winners' gifts up to November 1, 2010.

Well, I was told at the switchboard... That when it takes a long time, it's because they are out of stock and they have to place an order with their suppliers.. As for the money, iPhones, and LCD Flat Screens, it’s not the same because they are prizes that are not won all the time... Football jerseys are similar to the games since they are won on the same show (Radio Libre with Difool from 9 PM to midnight...) And for all the other prizes, I think it's not the same.. As for me, I hope to receive it pretty soon, I can't wait to be able to play Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 ;)

These are crooks. I won a 107 cm LG flat-screen TV and received a 56 cm Akira flat-screen three weeks later. I called the service that handles the prizes, and they told me that my TV had fallen and that they replaced it with a flat screen.

I just called the administrative service because I won a football jersey in mid-June since I was on air, and when I called the service, the lady told me that she had gone on vacation, so it won't be before September. I'm so disappointed, I'm so eager to have the jersey :(

I went on the free radio on September 3rd, I asked for a jersey and I haven't received any news, I sent them plenty of emails but never got a response!

Personally, I went on air on November 5th around 11:30 PM and I asked for Black Ops (very, very much in demand)
I called the admin switchboard and I’m still receiving the game by Christmas, so pretty quick, right?

I went by on November 11, 2010, I also requested the game COD Black Ops, today it has been exactly 3 months (12 weeks), if we count in days I should receive it in less than a week but I'm doubtful...
However, I received the signed photos that I had requested Oo!

I'm starting to lose hope.

Hi, I honestly congratulate you on being on the radio because for me it's a battle: when I call it rings, it rings but no one answers every time and when I send messages, I feel like they don't even see them. Is it me who has a problem or is it normal?

But also sometimes when there are too many people, the operator's wife (if that's the right term) informs me that there are too many calls, do I pay for my call at that moment?

For those who have been on, if you could give me some little advice: do I give up? / do I keep trying? It would be nice if you could respond, thank you... :)

A little advice: I call when they are doing the weighing, I let it ring, they do the sky roulette and they automatically answer me. My tactic worked; I went on air four times in the same week and received only three gifts. Cédric noticed that I had won three times and I didn’t play for more than a year. I could go on air without receiving the prize, so when I manage to win, I give the address of a friend and I pick it up at his place.

I went on air on September 5th and I received my game 1 month later. You still need to call the switchboard to ask where your game is at, then they will take your details again. And I received my game!
I went back on Skyrock on January 3rd, in the morning for the mystery guest and I won an iPod Touch! And I just got the letter saying that I will receive my iPod within 2 months, and within 2 months, they will contact me! There you go, hoping to have helped you :)

Call them back, normally they will take your details again, you just have to tell them that you still haven't received anything. Then, they will take your details and you'll receive it very quickly, at least that's what I did.

Still nothing... I just called, they told me they packaged the Black Ops today and that they will be posting them next Monday (the 28th). Just one more week to wait in principle!

Hi everyone, I won an iPod touch on April 13th, I received a letter saying that I would receive my prize about 2 months later. It's July 8th, still nothing. I called Skyrock, they told me they aren't sending any prizes in the summer because they had too many problems with people going on vacation, and so the prizes were returned to Sky. So they told me I would receive it in early September!!! :o. 5 months to receive a prize, it's a joke! So if there are others who won an iPod touch on Skyrock, no matter the date, could you let me know how many months it took you to receive your prizes. Thanks everyone.

Hello everyone,
as for me, I won a stay at Disneyland on April 14. I waited the two-month deadline and then I sent emails to find out what was going on. They simply replied that they had not received them and that they should arrive soon at their place but that they would only send them in September since there is nobody in the mail service and everyone is on vacation.

I wonder if they are not just stringing me along. I would be disappointed not to receive anything. If someone is in the same situation, I would like to know what they are doing to get their prize.
