Gift won on FUN Radio

Hello,
At the beginning of October 2011, I participated in the "PRRR" game on "Fun radio". I won a Wii and they took my contact information.
I later received a letter telling me that I would receive my Wii by confirming my delivery address. I sent this letter back as soon as possible and since then, I've heard nothing.
My letter states: you will receive the Wii within 4 months.
What should I do?

I won a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 in the glue game on December 24, 2013, and I... still don't have it.
When I call, they have your receipt "FUN RADIO," but no shipping request...

Hello everyone,
So I won a PS4 with Fun.
But a few days later, I received 2 letters at home with the forms to send.
Except in the first letter, there is the message where Fun tells me that I won + 2 forms.
And in the second letter, there is the same content as the first letter but in black and white.
Which forms should I send? All of them or one copy of each letter?

Hi, I also won a prize from Bruno in mid-October. I received the letter and sent back the discharge, but I'm still waiting. I will call the gifts service tomorrow. How are you doing on your end?

Similarly, the iPad Air won on December 24 at Double Fun has still not been received, I just called, nothing unusual for them, we have to be patient. It’s still very long though...

I won a Galaxy S4 over a year ago!
And I still haven't received my gift! When I call, it's voicemail, and I'm not even able to leave a message (because the inbox is probably full of complaints).
So, I'm no longer listening to Fun Radio in the morning, I'm boycotting this station because they are liars!

  Just think that I won: 1 FOCAL Headset (Mikl No Limit), 1 FOCAL Headset (Mikl No Limit) and 1 GoPro (BDLR) and I always received them! The first one took 5 months, the second 2 weeks and the last one too. A little advice, send an email to kdos@funradio.fr to check on the status and follow up with them every week or so and you’ll see that you’ll receive it within the month or at the beginning of next month :) You need to ask them to order it, but keep in mind that it’s normal they have to send out about ten gifts a day between Bruno dans la Radio, Lovin'Fun, Mikl No Limit and the other shows that send you Fun Radio compilations, concert tickets, etc... And you should be grateful you’re going to receive it since you didn’t pay anything or just a few euros depending on the show :) I admit I find it SUPER LONG for the first one; I thought I would never receive it and one morning, well I saw Colissimo and I said FINALLY I RECEIVED IT lol ;) Anyway, don’t worry you will receive it and leave a voicemail at 01 40 70 16 16; they will certainly call you back :) Have a great day :)

  I won an iPod on Fun Radio and it took me 2 years to receive it!
  I harassed them with emails and calls but they couldn't care less.
  A friend won an iPad on RTL2 since June 2014 and they told her they had a problem with the supplier, that solutions would be found by management.
  IDENTICAL RESPONSE to my iPod problem on Fun Radio!!
  At the same time, it's the same group!
  I think she's going to have a hard time receiving it.

Hello everyone, I won an Xbox One on Fun Radio.
At first, I didn't think I would receive it and I was stressed. The Fun Radio team sent me an email saying that I won on August 12, and I replied but didn't get any response until September 1. I guess they don't read emails during the holidays...
They finally replied and said they would send me the prize.
I received it about 2 weeks later in a collissimo package wrapped up hastily and there was no trace of the address of the shipment.
But I received it and that's the most important thing because it's brand new and works wonderfully!!! ^__^ Thank you Fun!!!

Hello everyone, I won a €200 voucher with Marion and Anne So since December and still no news from the gift service which is ghosting us. If they don't want to send us our gifts, they should just say so, damn it, but in that case, they shouldn't make any promises!

  I won a video game on LE NIGHT SHOW. But for now, I've never heard anything, they're liars. When you call, you get a voicemail that tells you to wait 4 months and only then to leave a message. FUNRADIO is fake! NRJ sends the gifts within a month!! It's pointless to say live that you win when there are hundreds of us who have never received what was promised!! I told them I don't have a console to enjoy the gift and they said I should just buy one. I asked if I could exchange it for something cheaper but at least useful. They told me that wasn't possible! Plus, they tell you to call to play live when in reality, there are already 2 people waiting to play, so it's fake. It's not cool to take people for fools! I won't play anything with them anymore. If they offer video games at their release and we never receive them or get them 6 months later, they might as well not say anything at all!

    You knew what you were going to win when you played, so if the gift didn't suit you, you shouldn't have played... they won't exchange gifts so easily, they have a list to stick to.

I won the Jurassic World 2 DVD in mid-October 2018 and still haven't received anything. It's not a big gift, but the call to get it cost me 5 euros, so if I had known, I would have just gone and bought my DVD for 15 bucks... no response when I call; they tell me there's no email or way to claim it.
