Probleme carte graphique

Bonjour,
bon voici mon problème:
je crois que ma carte graphique plante lorsque je navigue ou bien je fais qlq chose ( exel , photoshop .....)
mon ecran plante est me fais comme ça

et quand je joue au jeu bah le pc tout entier plante ecran noir le pc freeze ou bien parfois y a un ecran bleu et puis le pc redemarre .
svp j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide !!!!!
