Virus trouvé, comment le supprimer?

Salut tous le monde, j'ai un virus sur mon pc et je n'arrive pas en m'en défaire. Le rapport d'Avira dit ceci: C:\WINDOWS\AdobeR.exe
[RESULTAT] Contient le modèle de détection du ver WORM/Rjump.D
[REMARQUE] WORM/Rjump.D:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN]:<RavAV>=sz:AdobeR.exe

J'ai eu peine à réinstaller Avira car un virus l'avez bloqué (que je n'est tjrs pas supprimé).

met le en quarantaine, normalement quand tu fait un scan avec avira il te demande que faire des qu'il trouve un virus, la tu choisis mettre en quarantaine une fois le scan terminer tu ouvre avira tu va dans administration, puis quarantaine, tu auras une liste (se sera tout les virus en quarantain) il te reste plus qu'a faire clic droit suprimer sur chaque virus

Salut ,

Cette infection se propage par les supports amovibles ( clé usb , DD extrene etc )


• Télécharge UsbFix sur ton bureau .

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur "UsbFix.exe" présent sur ton bureau .

• Choisis l' option F pour français et et tape sur [entrée] .

• choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée].

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Merci pour ta rapidité .
j'avais baggle récement qui m'avait bloqué avira et je ne pouvais plus télécharger Findykill. Comment se fait-ce que trois jours aprés alors que je n'ai pas régler le problème avira fonctionne et findykill idem?

Tu as surement du faire quelque chose pour eradiquer bagle , il ne s en va pas tout seul ..

Passe usbfix comme expliqué et post le rapport .

Télécharge la nouvelle maj de FindyKill et post le rapport :


▶ Télécharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/Setup.exe

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

• Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" présent sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]

▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

► Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Log.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

ok, ce qui est étonnant c'est que j'ai déjà eu baggle que tu mavais aider a supprimé il ya un an environ et je fait super attention depuis(Je controle systematiquement mes fichier télécharger ou échanger(pas trop quand même)) et j'attrape des saloperies.

▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

• Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

• Poste le contenu de log.txt .

ok , c est propre :


→ Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

→ Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe
→ Clique sur .Recherche
→ puis sur Suppression quand la liste est trouvée.
→ Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).


(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note : ton bureau RISQUE de disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

*Désactive ta restauration :
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/coche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
---> Redémarre ton PC ...

*Réactive ta restauration :
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/décoche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
--->Redémarre ton PC ...

( Note : tu peux aussi y accéder via panneau de configuration->" système "->" restauration système " ).

Redémarre le pc et supprime le dossier C:\UsbFix


si tu n as pas d autres soucis change le statut du sujet en resolu stp

Oui garde Avira , c est ce qu il se fait de mieux en gratuit .

Avec le temps oui . Mais ça depend du type d infections .
