Hello,
I am using CEGID Business Suite 2007, but to my great surprise, with the correct password, it tells me this:
General SQL Error
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB] this SQL server does not exist or access is denied)
Help me! What could this mean exactly? What should I do?

According to the message, it seems that the database server is not functioning.
For a more in-depth analysis of the significance of this message, you should consult the client portal http://clients.cegid.fr/ (please have your login credentials ready) or contact customer service at 0826.888.488 (€0.125 excl. tax/min) which remains open during this holiday period.
