Problem with my PS/2 touchpad

Hello,

I just had a new hard drive installed on my computer and I'm having a problem with my touchpad: I can't scroll down the screen to go from top to bottom (I have to click the arrows on the sides of the screen and it's quite... annoying, I must say)!
Should I download software for this issue? Or do I just need to adjust my touchpad settings?
