What Video Format for my Telefunken?

Hello,

I bought a Telefunken (digital photo frame) for my mother for Christmas.
The only problem is that I can't play the video I put on this photo frame!

I can see it written in the manual: "Videos: (only on DPF 7911, DPF 7331, DPF 9331)
Is this a serial number? A video format? Nothing is specified in the manual and I can't find anything online!

Can you please respond as quickly as possible so I can wrap her gift...

(only on DPF 7911, DPF 7331, DPF 9331) => Software names.
But it's a hassle to use, I have one.

Otherwise, I thought a picture frame was for photos...
oh well, never mind ><

For example, if you want to put a movie or a YouTube video on your phone, you go to Google and type "download Format Factory" and you install it. Then you open the software and put the video or the movie in it and you convert it to 3Gp or Mp4 format.
Believe me, it will work!!!

Thank you for your help, Souki, but I downloaded a software that converts videos to the desired format.
Its name: Internet Video Converter 2.50 fr found on Clubic.
And after installation, I converted my video to 3gp format...

Then my video played very well on my digital photo frame!

DPF 7911, DPF 7331, DPF 9331 -> frame references I believe, it depends on the model, not all of them do.

These numbers are simply the different models of your digital frame that accept videos. There must be a cheaper model that doesn't accept videos, plain and simple!
