Hello,
I've been trying to call a friend since yesterday, but I can't reach him! I tried sending him texts, but I keep getting waiting messages in the messaging service! It's making me worry!
When I call, nothing! No voicemail, no tone!
Is there a problem with his line?

    what phone do you have? A mobile? A landline? Are you behind a telephone switchboard? A live box? A box?
    (I imagine a mobile since you are sending SMS...)
    what number are you trying to reach? A 06? A 04? A 03? A 01? A 02?
    have you tried with another phone?
    are you able to reach another number?
