Search for specific date in a history

Hello,

I'm lending my computer to my father-in-law, with whom I don't necessarily get along, and I've just had a fight with my friend who found pornographic sites in my browsing history and on my most visited pages.
I would like to know how to check my history from last week to get the exact date and time of the visited sites to be sure that it was indeed him who visited those. 
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    The problem is that it's in the category last week, so I don't have a specific day, what should I do???

    Oh yes, that's not great indeed. I think you’re going to have to "scrutinize" all your history from the relevant week because there's no way to go back to a specific date after a certain period. If you need anything else, don't hesitate ;)

    You can't see the exact time, but in your history, you can find the precise day indicated at the beginning of your history.
