Livebox for sale online? why?

Hello,
I am the "happy" owner of an old Livebox, and I was wondering what I should do with it.
After various searches on the web, I realized that some people are selling them!!!

My question is simple and perhaps silly, but what is the point of buying an old box????

I don't understand why?? If anyone knows the reason, because mine is going to the trash!!

Okay, it can be used but, if you have a subscription with Orange, if you have a subscription you have a box!! What’s the point of having 2 boxes?

Well, we don't always have a box... And at Orange, you have the option to rent one, but if you have one on hand, then you don't need to rent it...

Yeah, everyone has their box! But generally, it's included in the price, except..........at Orange........ who rents it for €3 if I remember correctly.
