My opinion:
It’s a pretty nice and very engaging children's story, as the plot had already repeated itself a few years ago with one of the children's grandfather. Why did the grandfather talk to him about this story? Why did he give him his old notebook saying that his parents should not know? He will actually discuss this with his friends during the creation of their secret club. More and more strange things are happening at school. One girl can't stop being scared; she never wants to be alone because shadows are following her. Later on, she is no longer afraid; she becomes friends with the shadows and gives them little gifts… Well, I'll leave the story in suspense because I might end up telling it and revealing the ending. In short, I didn’t put the book down until the end, and I really like Moka's books, as this is not the first time I’ve read one, and it surely won’t be the last.
