Probleme pour acceder a ma messagerie

bonjour je suis chez wanadoo et des que je vais sur la page d'acceuil je ne peut me servir d'aucun lien de cette page donc pas de messagerie des que je clique sur un de ces liens une page s'affiche automatiquement intitule "your home page" et ca me fais de la pub pour la securite les produits de pharmacie etc et si je clique ca me dirige vers le site : quicknavigate.com et de plus et je pense que c lié un petit triangle jaune clignote en bas a cote de l'heure et des messages me disent que mon pc est infecte et ca malgre spybot search &destroy et avgfree quelqu'un peut me dire comment faire?

Dezippz le dans un dossier prévu a cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis
lancez le puis:
clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum
télécharge hijackthis ici:

Procede étape par étape en suivant l'ordre des manips
ouvre le bloc note et fais un copier coller de ce qui est en gras ci-dessous:

Puis enregistrer sous et dans:
Nom du fichier, met bureau.reg
Type : selectionne "tous les fichiers"
clic sur enregistrer
Met le de coté on en aura besoin plus tard
Désactive la restauration systéme.
Clic droit sur poste de travail > propriétés > onglet restauration système
puis cocher "désactiver la restauration système".
clic sur ok pour valider
(accepte le redemarrage).
Redémarre en mode sans échec
Laisse passer l'écran du bios, puis tapote sur la touche F8.
Choisis le mode sans échec dans les options et valide avec entrée.
Rend visible les fichiers cachés et systeme
panneau de configuration > options des dossiers > onglet affichage
Cocher " afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés "
Décocher " masquer les extentions des fichiers dont le type est connu
Décocher " masquer les fichiers protégés du système"
clic sur ok pour valider

Lance hijackthis et clic sur "do a system scan only"

• Rechercher dans les sous-dossiers <- DOIT ETRE COCHE !
Supprime, si présent:

ensuite recherche et supprime les fichier tmp
demarrer > rechercher > Tous les fichiers et tous les dossiers
tape *.tmp et valide
supprime tout ce que tu trouveras
Redemarre normalement et remet tes parametres web:
panneau de configuration >> options internet >> programmes
clic sur "rétablir les parametres web"

passe spybot+ad aware et corrige tous ce qu il trouve

et lance un scan chez RAV :
http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/
Clique sur "To continue without subscribing click here" et attends quelques minutes.
Lorsque "Ready" est affiché dans "status", coche la case "Autoclean" puis clique sur "Scan my PC"
A la fin de l'analyse, copie/colle le rapport ici
puis reposte un hijack

Puis enregistrer sous et dans:
Nom du fichier, met bureau.reg
Type : selectionne "tous les fichiers"
clic sur enregistrer
Met le de coté on en aura besoin plus tard
Désactive la restauration systéme.
Clic droit sur poste de travail > propriétés > onglet restauration système
puis cocher "désactiver la restauration système".
clic sur ok pour valider
(accepte le redemarrage).
Redémarre en mode sans échec
Laisse passer l'écran du bios, puis tapote sur la touche F8.
Choisis le mode sans échec dans les options et valide avec entrée.
Rend visible les fichiers cachés et systeme
panneau de configuration > options des dossiers > onglet affichage
Cocher " afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés "
Décocher " masquer les extentions des fichiers dont le type est connu
Décocher " masquer les fichiers protégés du système"
clic sur ok pour valider

Lance hijackthis et clic sur "do a system scan only"

• Rechercher dans les sous-dossiers <- DOIT ETRE COCHE !
Supprime, si présent:

C:\Program Files\Virtual Maid <- supprime tout le dossier
vérifie si cela on bien disparus
C:\Windows\sites.ini
C:\Windows\popuper.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\hpDB1A.tmp
C:\Windows\System32\helper.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\intmon.exe
C:\Windows\System32\intmonp.exe
