I made the same mistake when signing up for this site and can no longer cancel my account...
Since I'm no longer using it, I'm risking being charged for a site where I want to cancel my subscription...
I haven't found any solution so far, if anyone has an idea, any suggestions are welcome...

I called Epoch at 1-800-893-8871 and spoke with a representative, and from what I understood, they will cancel my subscription in the next few minutes. I just need to check my next credit statement to see if they kept their word!

I found it: just go to http://gpnethelp.com/ and fill in two out of the three fields. Then click on locate account. An advertisement will appear. Scroll down below it and click on No, thanks, and blah blah blah. Then, on the page that appears, click on Submit and you're all set! A notification email should be received!
What is the Member ID? It's the Bill ID that is written in the message you received when you subscribed.
