Hello.
HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST VIVASTREET.FR?
I wanted to post a personal ad on the vivastreet.fr website, I wrote the ad as I thought appropriate because it was in a section called "massages" which is forbidden to minors. I paid with my credit card the xxxx euros for a validity of 30 days just after clicking OK while waiting for validation and a few minutes later I checked that the ad had been canceled and deleted before being published online, my user account was blocked and so quickly looking at my credit card account online, I saw that the xxxx euros had already been withdrawn by these sharks from the so-called "free" ads. They discovered the trick of charging high prices to those "masseuses" and other erotic services =)))))))))
Now I want to get my xxxx euros refunded and it’s not happening, despite an exchange of emails between me and the person in charge of ad validation, who seems unable to read and understand them, since it's so easy not to validate them while keeping the money taken from the customer immediately after clicking OK.
I have the email exchange where I receive confirmation that I will be refunded but so far, nothing! Do you know the Paris police station specialized in complaints of abuse by customers of online service sites like vivastreet.fr and others of that kind? I know it exists but I don't know where to go.
Thank you in advance for your responses and your similar experiences. I think this kind of theft should be prevented by paid ad sites, which should only charge money once the service is completed and online. I wonder how many thousands of euros per month they must pocket by acting this way, without returning the money to clients who prefer to remain discreet. In one of its unfair clauses, they say they do not refund money in case of deletion, but my ad hadn't even been validated to be removed online. But this comes from the lack of intelligence of the moderators who don't know how to read ads properly before canceling them without publishing, so I deserve a refund!
Also share your scams from dating sites, it will alert many naive people.

They paid for their ads on TF1 with our money!
Don't forget that if you let it happen, ads can go up to 50 or even 100 euros!
They have no shame, I talked to them on the phone
They are afraid of TF1! because everything must be free :except for PREMIUM.

I signed up elsewhere for all the others, you need to tell them. I ended up here by chance. You need to send an email to the other girls. I'm going to do it in the Gard and try to do it for each region. It's true the next payment is going to be €50, I think, since the girls are paying without saying anything. Thanks, spread the word.
you're stupid because you have the choice between paying for your ad and posting it for free, I've been posting for free for years for dating and other things like that.............
I forgot to mention that Viva has preferences for certain people who pay a lot for ads...
They can be half-naked, put up 5 or 6 photos and still be in premium!
As for the others, if you're wearing a skirt and your thighs show a bit too much, they remove the ad even though it has been paid for
29.99 euros
but the worst... I posted a photo of my face and it was removed!! I asked them if my face looked like an ass!?
They don't respond but they sure took the money!
I'm so disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY NO LONGER ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS, THEIR SWITCHBOARD MUST HAVE BROKEN DOWN, THEY MUST BE IN CRISIS AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING
WHEN THERE ARE NO MORE GIRLS, THERE WILL BE NO MORE CLIENTS
NO MORE CASH COWS
VIVA IT'S THEM WHO WILL BE ON THE STREET
WANTING TO TAKE TOO MUCH
THEIR SITE WILL BE DESERTED
IF THEY WANT US TO POST OUR ADS
THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY US NEARLY €4 PER PREMIUM CALL, THEY CAN

vivastreet free ad yes a few months ago, honestly I really think they have become the pimps of all these women who put ads for their services while we attack the pimps from the East!!!!! ok my vivastreet has also become one and at how many thousands of euros per month thanks to us who pay now I would like to find a solution to help all these women like me who put ads and because of them, their misleading free ads which are no longer at all it’s a very serious abuse!!! the phone which for me used to ring 150 to 180 times a day has now come down to ringing 10 to 15 times luckily the people who have known us since the beginning have the phone to call us for an appointment thanks to them……. sorry for the newcomers but if you click on the ad and the photo look carefully the phone number is displayed big kisses to those I love and I support the girls
I agree with you that vivastreet no longer displays phone numbers but a NUMBER 092....... people are no longer daring to call!
In addition to taking money from ads, they also take money from the people who call!
All the girls should boycott vivastreet and of course come together on another site?
See you!
A girl

I have already written to them without any doubt, without receiving a reply! But I know that for them to take action, they need to have a "solid" case, just like several girls write and provide details, etc. I wrote to TF1 and they replied that the site had been approved (without knowing what was happening!)
Attention !!! viva read our emails!!! I sent emails to some to explain how to include the number without them seeing it..... they didn’t receive the emails and they took down my ad!!
go on wannonce I’ve been there for over a month now and things are starting to move a bit!
I certainly won’t be putting another penny into viva anyway, paying them for what???
they don’t call us!
in an old ad, I put it between the lines
there is wannonce
the guys called me from that ad so
try to do the same

Girls work only by email, so this one has nothing to do; she stays!
I wrote to Viva (since they want advertising on TF1, they're going to get it)
on gouv.fr you can send an email just like I can!
Well, I know a great inspector, I'm waiting for 2 PM and I'll call him to ask what we can do!?
Now, depending on the response I get, I hope that girls (even several from each department) dare to complain, because I started to make a fuss since the 30 euros and no one supported me!!!!!!!!!!
I can't be alone when there are 5,000 girls in France!
It's serious after all.

Hello, be aware that the ads are going to be very expensive!! We all need to write to them, call them, etc... I think they'll be around 50/60 euros!!
If just one person pays that amount, it's really shameful for her!!
We all have to stand together... send a well-crafted email threatening them
I'm waiting...
Moreover, when they set it to 30 euros, I wrote to many people and instead of complaining, they posted another ad!!!

I just saw your discussions, Vivastreet was very good for a few years, I knew it with more than 2,000,000 ads but now it's a disaster!!!!! By the way, if you're selling something on Vivastreet, you’re strong; on Leboncoin yes, it has nothing to do with it. As for dating ads, it's a scam; either you're a pro and honestly I have nothing against it and they tax you to the maximum, meaning they profit off you and draw income from your back... how do we call that in France???? Either you want to hook up from time to time, and their tactic is to delete your ads constantly, you call them and they say, 'yes, men complain you’re asking for a fee' even if it’s not true, and they quickly advise you to go to our erotic section, etc., just nonsense aimed solely at taxing you. In short, let’s all agree here and move to another free site, share your ideas, etc., write here: www.icpen.org, to get an official document to fill out and forward to the fraud department (name changed since) file complaints and Vivastreet will lose a lot of clients again. You should know that before, when someone complained about you, Vivastreet would give you their email so you could clean up, now that’s over and it suits them. Moreover, your unsent letters, etc. etc., let’s all move, spread the word on all sites, forums among friends, their ad on TV didn’t hold up for a second.
They're smart, the ad they created was to make clients understand, "escort girls come to Vivastreet, there are girls," it really worked. Now that they have a decent flow of escort clients, they charge the girls a lot, 39.99 for a simple ad that's lost in the mass. To be visible, they invented the premium option at 40 euros, but it's not really an option because many girls are in premium too, so they’re more visible as well.
Now for girls moving to different cities, it’s 100 euros; otherwise, you can’t move your ad. In short, simple calculation: if you want to appear properly on Vivastreet, it’s 40 + 40 + 100 = 180 for about 5500, which roughly corresponds to the number of ads on Viva. They wanted to take advantage of clients with their premium rate number back in March 2010, but that didn’t work due to the mess it was. WHAT THEY DON’T KNOW IS THAT THEY THINK THEY’RE PROTECTED BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT IN FRANCE. LETTER NO. 2 OF ESCORT ADS JUST CLOSED FOR AGGRAVATED PIMPING, THE BOSS IS IN JAIL, SEEN IN LE PARISIEN ON FEBRUARY 4TH, AND VIVASTREET IS GOING TO FACE THE BACKLASH. I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT; A WELL-PLACED FRIEND IN THE POLICE IS ON THEIR CASE AND IS ABOUT TO STRIKE A BIG BLOW ON THIS SITE, WHICH IS A MAJOR PIMP.

I confirm, they have built their business on the backs of escorts, and they realized it was working because the girls are scared, isolated, and don’t dare to report them when they excessively increase their ads. Moreover, they exert their power by removing their photos for no reason; in short, they maintain their pressure by all means, unacceptable! It must be REPORTED by you too, men.
Hello,
I am a young Polynesian trans escort aged 21 who also had issues with the announcement on the site. I don't understand why there is such "rage" from them when we think that Vivastreet was free two years ago, even for erotic massages...
Good luck to everyone, I really hope there is another webmaster who can create another site but free.... :)

Hello everyone, I find it shameful the way you treat Viva Street. I think that since you're paying for your ads, you should benefit from quality service.
I suggest you check out the site 6annonce.
I much prefer 6annonce to all the others, it's simple and efficient to use, and the site is rather well-finished with a nice presentation.
Anyway, good luck to you ladies.

c'est grave ce qui se passe sur viva, perso je ne paierai plus. Kipiti.r propose le même service et pourtant c'est gratuit, ils proposent les VIP comme viva.
I had the same case on April 10
I called them, but they are playing deaf
What needs to be done is to discredit the site
In fact, these people copied a site in the USA, Craigslist
Only Craigslist remained free
Craigslist will soon land in France
Advertise them on kiijiji.be
I typed in
"vivastreet thieves" on Google
or "vivastreet pimping" on Google
Do the same and use Craigslist PARIS

My ad has been under moderation for 3 days and is therefore invisible on the site, so no one is contacting me. I have sent several messages to Vivastreet and they replied that my ad was indeed published.
They are really mocking us, especially since we pay quite a lot!
If you are experiencing the same problem, let yourselves be known; we will be stronger united!

Personally, I've spent several hundred euros on ads on vivastreet
and every time I feel like I'm being taken for a ride lol
They figured it out: offer free ads for escorts to attract people (advertisers and those interested in the ad) and once they have a substantial pool of ads and visitors, especially thanks to these types of dating ads, they made it pay.
Vivastreet has used us, that's all.
It's important to know that vivastreet is a commercial company, not a charitable organization: the goal is to make money.
And in the jungle of classifieds sites, there's one thing that motivates my choice now: that the site is not hiding behind a multinational that doesn't care about its users.
Leboncoin, OLx, vivastreet, and kijiji? All controlled by large foreign corporations; one day they will also start charging for escort ads because they follow the same development pattern as vivastreet. Leboncoin doesn’t do escort, but ask a real estate pro how much he pays to post his ad: 10 euros per ad lol
There aren't many other free escort ad sites besides these.
In terms of quality, and if I had to choose an independent site, and preferably French, I would say:
-kipiti.fr
-wannonce.com

Hello,
as far as I'm concerned, I work at Kipiti. I am shocked by your comments, which I would term defamatory. You accuse without proof, and I would bet that you are undoubtedly some competitor struggling for online users; your intention is nothing but to attempt, by all means, even if disgraceful, to tarnish our image and discredit us.
Kipiti (in your case Kipiti France) responds to ALL messages addressed to its customer service. We do not intend to mock our users. If you wish to delete an ad, you have several means at your disposal:
-the simplest is to log into your account, which will allow you to access your panel where the different ads you have published are listed. You can edit, suspend, or delete them.
-Kipiti also allows publishing without creating an account. The management of ads is then done by email. The editing or deletion links for the ads are included in the summary message that the advertiser receives after publication.
-3rd option, contact us. You will find the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. It is up to you to provide us either with the reference of the ad you wish to delete or the link (url) of the said ad.
The customer service is therefore waiting for your message. I will not fail to come back here to post as soon as we receive your request. Finally, let us recall that Kipiti does NOT charge for publishing ads in the adult dating section, nor in any other section for that matter. Our growing success, in just one year of existence, proves our seriousness and the care we take in serving our clients in the best possible way.

Good evening,
Indeed, kipîti is serious and credible, but not well known to the general public. Men rush to vivastreet for an escort; back when I worked in France, I had an ad posted with you, and I never received a single email or call through your site; all the calls I received came from vivastreet.

Kipiti has only been around for a year, which explains why a few months ago we could not reach as many audiences as Vivastreet. But the latter - like all the others - started off this way: at launch, Vivastreet had virtually no announcements, no recognition among the male audience you mention, and no indexing in search engines (the latter point being crucial, as it's true that organic search generates traffic - and therefore recognition).
A year later, Kipiti can take pride in having convinced many advertisers - particularly escorts, undoubtedly due to the credibility and seriousness that you highlight (and for which we thank you).
As far as we're concerned, we are completely opposed to practices that involve charging certain categories of advertisers. Leboncoin does this with real estate professionals, and Vivastreet, hence this subject is a consequence, is part of an approach that I will not comment on...
Best wishes, and thank you to all those who support us.

Hello,
To post an ad, you need to click on "post an ad" or directly from the following link:
http://kipiti.fr/publier
In terms of scrolling through ads, Kipiti works somewhat like Le Bon Coin, you need to use the map to choose a region.
Once this is done, you will find yourself on a page where all the ads are listed, regardless of their respective category.
You just need to use the search box and select the "meetings" category, then, if necessary, refine by choosing the "escort, massage" category.
The Kipiti France team is continuously working to improve the site's ergonomics while avoiding the pitfalls of complexity. We anticipate many changes in the coming weeks, with the guiding principle being the improvement of usability and intuitiveness.

me it's worse, I wanted to post an ad to find family help, I filled in all the required fields and when I tried to send the ad, it keeps showing an error detection, it's nonsense, it's a lousy site. Now I'm posting my ads on OLX, no problems there.
Hello, I had the same issue as you with this site...
the ads are getting more and more expensive, with less and less return...
Sometimes a moderator censors my photos for trivial things and petty details, while allowing vulgar and provocative ads from certain escort masseuses who use pornographic photos or pictures stolen from lingerie sites...
This site is becoming complete nonsense and a money-making machine!

Hello girls,
I'm in the same situation as you. I'm being charged by Vivastreet, and I've been dealing with their repeated technical issues for months without ever getting a refund, nor even any goodwill gesture.
On the phone, they respond that they can't do anything for you as they have no technical power and ask you to contact the PREMIUM service by email or by mail to the headquarters abroad...
In any case, they won't respond or will send you an automatic email saying that the problem is on your end (like cookie issues…).
I do have a solution to propose to make them take action.
On my side, I will call my bank tomorrow to find out if I can dispute the payments.
From what I know, it's possible to dispute credit card payments between 6 and 13 months after the fact (depending on the bank and the case). That's still something to recover! For major advertisers, this can amount to thousands of euros.
Then your card will be blocked for a week or two by your bank while they send you a new one by post. It's possible that your bank will charge fees for these disputes...
You can also report that Vivastreet keeps your bank details in their database and that you suspect some fraudulent charges in the mix...
Vivastreet would never dare to turn against you because as you mentioned earlier, they are breaking the law; for a site that claims to be free, it is actually paid, and indeed, their behavior is akin to pimping...
Additionally, upon receiving your new credit card, you will just need to create a new account with them using a new email and continue posting as before. And if six months later you encounter more technical problems and they continue to ignore them, you will just have to dispute again. And so on…
You’ll see that if several of us do this, they will quickly notice the loss of revenue and will treat us with more respect.
Good luck!

Good luck!
To respond to the previous message, I am an escort who posts on Vivastreet. It is clear that they are taking full advantage of this; as I speak to you, their pricing has gone up to 140 euros to post an ad to be premium, meaning on the first page of your city. ONCE AGAIN, IT'S A SCAM.
Let me explain: like many girls who travel across France and only stay a few days in the city, if you don't take their paid option at 140 euros, your ads cannot be changed to another city, which forces us to take their option. Now if you understand this well, all the girls on tour take this option out of necessity, otherwise, they cannot work. This means that ultimately, you are no longer premium. WELL, yes, so for example, in Bordeaux, there are 5 or more pages of premium ads, so if you find yourself on the 5th page, why pay a fortune to be visible on their site when you are lost in the crowd? So it's a nice scam. It doesn't stop there; I have been paying more than 200 euros a month for my ads for over a year, and most of the time they remove the photo from the ad, leading to fewer contacts, or they don't publish the correct city, or worse, they take down the ad completely, and when you call them, there's no response. In short, I have a very good contact who works in the homicide brigade and is working on them, and he will take them down in a few months. I probably shouldn't say this here, but well, AND GOOD NEWS, A NEW SITE FOR US THAT WILL CREATE A BUZZ AND CHARGES VERY LITTLE FOR ADS— I THINK IT'S 35 EUROS INSTEAD OF 140, NO COMPARISON, ALL THE GIRLS WILL MOVE AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

seriously, stop with vivastreet, by talking about it, you're adding fuel to their fire...
Vivastreet is already outdated (because it's paid for escorts) there are indeed almost identical sites that are free
for example, kipiti.fr, free and providing good customer feedback
so drop this subject!

Hello Jos and ladies,
No Jos, the discussion with Vivastreet is not to be closed! Why should it be, since it's still relevant? I placed an ad on Erotica-Massage as an escort girl on Vivastreet. It's just a disaster... I confirm, they do and validate whatever they please, but with me they encountered a “hard nut,” my sharp responses, my incessant phone calls have paid off. Some photos (the more tame ones removed, as well as two terms from my presentation with a classy and refined profile, such as “tasty” and “sensual”...) Profiles described as “soft” and “refined” without mistakes, constructed beautifully with nice and real photos of the person annoy them. Yes, they will validate profiles riddled with errors, more eye-catching, more trashy, profiles of pregnant women!!! Hello the code of ethics... The moderation team must be seriously twisted... But my ad was validated, I never let go when I'm in my rights, I know how to be incisive. So talk to them about your lawyer, tell them you fear neither them nor anyone, you'll see they react... HOWEVER, be careful, phone number in England, even if there is no area code to dial.
But there was a downside. I was reported, despite my caution regarding the numerous calls I received following the publication of my ad.
When you see the police stationed in front of your residence three nights a week, you quickly understand it’s for you! And believe me, I figured it out very quickly in my little head!
Ladies, clearly, escorting in France is PROHIBITED by all the laws of this country.
There have been enough TV shows lately, and take a look online and read all those people who get "caught." We are not “RIBERY” or “DELARUE,” but unknown people who live their quiet lives are also of interest to the state. Don't forget, the tax authorities want oversight on the 60 billion euros that circulate in France every year.... If you have the chance to be bordering a country where escorting is allowed by its laws, take the step. In France, forget about it, they'll find you sooner or later! And think of your family that you stain if you fall into the net.
Good luck to all the ladies.

Paying taxes in France as an escort??? It seems difficult since it's illegal. I clearly wrote that the police were stationed in front of my house when I was doing that in France...
In the country where I currently work as an escort, where everything is legalized, of course I declare everything to the tax authorities and feel just as light as you, with a clear conscience.

No, it is not prohibited. Prostitution is completely legal in France; what is prohibited is soliciting on public streets, and of course, pimping (which can be defined as an individual profiting from the prostitution of a third party). Websites like kipiti or wannonces are legal because they do not profit from this prostitution: the ads there are free. However, vivastreet charges for posting escort ads: this site is indeed profiting from prostitution; therefore, this case is indeed pimping... What is the police doing??
I confirm and deny that escorting is indeed prohibited in France, otherwise I would have stayed in this country and not gone to a neighboring country where it is legal. Sure, it’s not soliciting on the street. But be logical—what about taxes??? They want oversight and are powerless in the face of the 60 billion in escorting that "passes" right under their noses each year. Prostitution is just tolerated in France within a very specific framework, but escorting is clearly prohibited. Review the texts and laws. I've earned "€€€€€" in 3 months, so I speak from experience; even though I’ve been discreet, the police definitely caught on, which is why I abruptly stopped the activity in France and went to a country where I declare my income, pay taxes, and have social coverage... However, the "€€€€€" that I made in a few months, the tax authorities know nothing about, since you can't declare anything, and it is clearly "under-the-table" money that I earned. If you say it’s allowed in this country, tell me how to fill out my tax declaration form??? Am I supposed to invoice all these married clients who came to see me??? With the amount indicated and their signature??? Come on, let’s be realistic and sensible... It’s prohibited; I clearly asked my lawyer and a brother-in-law who is a commissioner in Paris, and they jumped when I mentioned it to them and told me to immediately stop the activity in France.
1500 women were "caught" last year in the PACA region!!! Food for thought.

You should be happy about that, right?

Aside from that: what does it feel like to be on the side of the victims? ;-)

I tried to post an ad 6 times, never validated, so I kept resubmitting it modified, never thinking that the charges would occur without publication.
Result: 180 euros charged and not a single ad online.
Example: in erotica: soft, relaxing, and sensual massage..... censored!!!!! I'm dying of laughter, go check out the other ads, it's hilarious...
Vivastreet are thieves.
it's theft
or open pimping
