desinstalle Spyware Doctor
télécharge Malwarebyte's ici http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
S'il manque le fichier COMCTL32.OCX, vous pourrez le télécharger ici
https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet paramètre, et coche la case : "Arrêter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des éléments on été trouvés > click sur supprimer la sélection.

si il t´es demandé de redémarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de manière a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

justement je pensais qu'il fallait enlever spyware doctor,je le fais de suite.pour maleware j'avais pris les devants,voici le rapport

je suis de chez moi là,je retourne bosser sur le pc ci dessus tout a l'heure.
par contre j'ai voulu installer antivir mais impossible,ça m'a marqué runtime error etc....
donc là je lui telecharge le sp1 pour ensuite mettre le sp2.si ta une idée pour le probleme antivir??

salut a toi electricien69,ravi de te revoir,voilà j'aide mes proches pour leur pc,et là je pense que le pc que j'ai a une infection.en fait tous les telechargement d'utilitaires de securité sont impossibles.j'ai deja fait plusieurs scan dont j'ai posté les rapports.si celà ne t'ennuis pas peux tu me conseiller dans la demarche a suivre?
par contre je serais sur l'autre pc demain apm,là j'ecris de sur le mien.
a aussi,j'ai voulu faire les mise a niveau sp1 pour commencer de vista et pareil,impossible.

tu vas devenir un pro de désinfection ;-)
si sharred ne voit pas d'inconvenients :-)

postes les rapports rsit du pc infecté sur ton ou tes prochains messages :
•Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

Tuto : https://forum.pcastuces.com/randoms_system_information_tool_rsit-f31s31.htm
Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :
(log.txt & info.txt)
(CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

eh bien disons que j'adore ça et je veux apprendre a pouvoir mettre un nom sur les infections et les methodes de desinfection.
d'apres les rapports que j'ai mi tu vois quelle infection est presente? j'ai fait un tour sur la toile et les symptomes ressemblent a du bagle!!

justement, FYK n'a rien trouvé !!!

il faut un rsit pour voir l'état du pc, chercher ligne par ligne les clés de registre et les fichiers et voir d'ou vient le problème :-)

si il s'agit d'une infection, on l'aura ;-)

en tout cas il y a forcement quelque chose pour ne pas pouvoir mettre aucune protection,meme pas antivir,ni vista sp2,rien!!
je te dis a demain;dommage que je dois me lever a 2h cette nuit,sinon j'aurais fait ça dans la foulée,bonne soirée

donc tu doit desinstaller avast

salut sherred,pour ce qui est d'expliquer je l'ai deja fait plus haut,mais je vais le refaire pour toi,donc rien n'est a jour sur ce pc,vista en est meme pas au sp1,puis j'ai voulu desinstaller avast par le menu "modifier/desinstaller un programme",impossible d'installer antivir et meme pas le pack sp1 de vista.
