bluesky bw 200 webcam issue Solved

Question

Hi, I just bought a Bluesky BW 200 webcam, I did everything needed to install it but nothing works, the PC doesn't recognize it, yet the driver seems to be correctly installed. I have the minimum required configuration, XP etc.. anyway, I don't really get it! If anyone knows where I can find other drivers?

uninstall your software from your camera, then unplug your camera, turn off Windows, and then turn it back on. After that, plug your camera in normally; either Windows finds it, and you do not install the software, or Windows does not find it, and then you install it according to the software

I have exactly the same problem with the BW 100 webcam from Bluesky. I've installed it in every possible way and I keep getting the same message: "an error occurred etc ...".
I couldn't find any drivers online and it seems that the manufacturer's website doesn't exist!!!!!!!!
I'm going to have to buy another one, AHH! The cheap little cameras tssssssssssssss.........

Hello, well I'm the same with a pw100.. it works but is not recognized as such by Win XP.. (scanner and digital camera), when I click on it, it tells me it can't find a cam...? Plus, the image is really slow. It's not 30 frames per second but more like 2... actually, it is recognized by the software on the installation CD but not with the included XP log.

I had the same problem as all of you, and the solution that worked best for me wasn't installing the driver but updating to Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2 for XP if you have it, or installing it if you don't, or just updating your Windows. That's what I did, and then with the installation CD, it worked the first time.

Il suffit de brancher la webcam à un port USB de votre ordinateur. En général, le système d'exploitation devrait reconnaître automatiquement la webcam et installer les pilotes nécessaires. Vérifiez ensuite dans les paramètres de votre logiciel de visioconférence (comme Zoom, Skype, etc.) que la webcam est sélectionnée comme source vidéo. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, vous pouvez vérifier sur le site du fabricant de la webcam pour télécharger les pilotes appropriés, si nécessaire.
