Hello everyone,
I would like to have the drivers for the Sagem WLAN WiFi key sold with the Livebox...
because I’m at a friend's place and I can't connect it, I need the drivers

All the drivers on this site are not compatible with Windows Vista, it's written, you just have to open your eyes.

Here you all are going every which way!!!
Well, since I'm the specialist in everything related to computer problems (hehe^^), I can shed some light on this...
First of all, there are several different models:
XG 760A; XG 760N; XG 762N

WARNING, I ONLY TALK ABOUT SAGEM USB KEYS!!!

So:

1) Create a folder in My Documents called "USB key drivers" (that's what I did^^)
2) Download the right driver
3) Unzip it in the same folder
4) Plug in your Wi-Fi key: two solutions arise ==> Either you hear a sound that goes "tala" and that's a good sign^^
==> Or you hear a sound that goes "talatala", which means it's bad and that the driver is already installed, in which case you need to go to "Add/Remove Programs" and uninstall the driver called "802.11".

5) After, Windows will offer to do an automatic search. Refuse it and do a manual search.
After, select the folder where the drivers are and perform the search...

Normally, Windows should find the drivers and install them automatically....
After that, install the Wanadoo manager and that's it^^

Then you need to click on the third one from the top and there you go, you have the drivers...
And for the drivers, DO NOT INSTALL THEM IN: MY COMPUTER/DRIVE C/WINDOWS/CACHE DRIVERS!!!
There are too many people who still make the mistake of installing it here thinking it's the designated location for drivers... while it's the best way to crash your computer...

But no, it has nothing to do with it. On Windows Update, it offers you an update even when you don't need it...  In fact, you need a special Windows Vista CD with drivers specifically for Windows Vista (I assume you have Windows Vista since you’re talking to me about Windows Update).  So enlighten me more about your problem. See you later!

I have a similar problem; I have an XG 760A key and I need a driver for Vista. I checked your site at http://lgsagem.free.fr/drivers__wifi__pcmcia_et_usb.htm and I downloaded the 8th one from the top. I placed it on my Vista computer, unzipped it, and put my key in, then searched for the driver in the correct folder, but when I click next, it tells me that it has not detected any driver. What should I do? Do you have another site where I can download the correct driver?

I have the drivers for Wi-Fi keys for Windows XP. If anyone is interested, I can provide them via MSN or email because I'm not sure if we can leave attachments here.  The program I have is for various models; you just need to plug in the key and, upon detection, give the shortcut path since I only have the DLLs created by myself.  criket83@live.fr

Hello,  I was given this key but I'm wondering if it is compatible with USB 1.1 ports on my Toshiba Satellite 1410 -604 laptop?  For the past two days, I've been trying to install drivers found online and on the Sagerm website but nothing works, the card is undetectable. However, on a Vista PC, there’s no problem—detected and installed in less than 5 minutes.  Where does the problem lie? The USB 1.1 ports? That's the only thing I can think of. I also had the same problem with my Windows Vista Home Basic, it couldn't detect my Sagem XG-760N, but by coincidence, I installed the driver for my dongle compatible with Vista Windows 32 that I downloaded from

but Windows couldn't detect it, I downloaded the driver again but this time compatible with Windows 64
I installed it without uninstalling the one for Windows 32 and it's working well even on a 5m connection.
