Very Important..... You absolutely must have the model of the motherboard (motherboard for enthusiasts!) which is located on a small sticker affixed directly to this card. You cannot find this information by searching through your computer's hard drive or in the control panel application. You can only find this information on your motherboard itself. After that, go to the manufacturer's website for your motherboard and download the latest update for your card and you're good to go... Easy .... But....don't get it wrong, because you'll run into a lot of problems if you download the wrong update...

Also.. If you're having trouble playing games and your graphics are crashing your PC, it's because your SM Bus controller is faulty or the update is not right.... Consult the forum for your motherboard company, not for your PC. If the "north bridge" is very hot and its temperature increases or it's very hot, and the "heat sinks" are getting very hot, it means there's a conflict between your external graphics card and the internal graphics processor of your motherboard. at the bottom, click on start the scan and it will give you the missing drivers on your PC and their download links. Look for the chipset (motherboard) and then you can also download other drivers.

I solved my problem after countless searches... what to do when you’re not a computer champion (which is my case!) you go to all the drivers.com my config: it can help!!! but the proposed drivers are rarely the right ones so we also need information about the components of our PC and especially about the OS type, the motherboard, the processor, etc.... so we keep the page open!
We look at our PC's serial number (usually on the label behind) and go to the vendor's site mine was Packard Bell...... and we search exactly what type of PC we have: istart 9194 with win xp SP2.... (motherboard... etc) then we check what software they have to download: here we go, I saw that I had a motherboard of type rio µatx R410 -m from ECS with an intel pentium D model 915 processor if we don't see the required software we go to the manufacturer's site (ECS....) and look again!!!!
but there I saw after two hours of searching :), on the Packard Bell site two files of type rio video and rio chipset because the SM bus controller issue affects both the graphics card and the motherboard (don't ask me why I have no idea!!!)
