analyse de rapport RSITRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,
mon avg Free 8.5 me signale que la base de donnée est périmée de l'antivirus est de l'anti-spyware malgré que j'ai fais la mise a jour. je ne sais pas si je suis infecté ou pas.

Tu as AVG et Ad-Aware en même temps ! Ce n'est peut-être pas source de problèmes mais cela surcharge l'ordinateur...

salut, j'ai un autre probleme, quand je me connecte au site comment ca marce il m'affiche désactive les cookies, car il se deconectes du site a chaque fois que je change  de page il se déconnecte, malgré que j'ai activé les cookies, le même probleme avec mon compte a facebook je n'arrive pas a me connecté malgré que j'ai entré le vrai mot de passe.

Vide la quarantaine de Malwarebytes' Anti Malware.

Supprime ceci manuellement si tu le trouves :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\1037h.exe

Pour supprimer le service sous XP :
Clique sur Démarrer puis Exécuter
Tape ceci dans la petite fenêtre qui s’est ouverte :
cmd
Dans la fenêtre noire qui s’affiche, tape ceci :
sc stop tlntsvrsensumwdf
Puis tape sur Entrée.
sc delete tlntsvrsensumwdf
Puis tape sur Entrée à nouveau.
Ferme ensuite la fenêtre noire.

dans une ancienne désinfection  on ma dis qu'il faut suprimer ce fichier, j'ai été infecté par virus braviax avec une croix rouge a coté de l'horloge, et je l'ai suprimé avec combofix, mais je croix qu'il reste encore, j'ai trouvé un fichier 1037 dans C\windows\system32, mais il est vide

Supprime le fichier et fais ceci :

Nettoyage avec Findykill :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours (Navigateur Internet compris) !

* Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)
* Relance "FindyKill".
* Au menu principal choisis l’option "F" pour français et tape sur [Entrée].
* Au second menu choisis l’option "2" (Suppression) et tape sur [Entrée].
* Le PC va redémarrer automatiquement.
=> Le programme va travailler, ne touche à rien. Ton bureau ne sera pas accessible, c’est normal !

* Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin (le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt)

/!\ Si le Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide /!\

ok, je l'ai telechargé de nouveau sur le bureau, et je l'ai exécuté, il a affiché un fenetre noire avec des écriture rapidement, puis il s'est fermé.

Ok, il semble avoir bien fonctionné alors. ***** Fais un clic droit ici : = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = = * Dans le menu qui se déroule, choisis "Enregistrer la cible du lien sous" (si tu utilises Firefox) et "Enregistrer la cible sous" (si tu utilises Internet Explorer) * Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir: dans le champ Nom du fichier (en bas), tape ceci > combo-fix --> le tiret est important. <-- * On va enregistrer ce fichier sur le Bureau : pour cela, sur le panneau de gauche, clique sur le Bureau. * Clique enfin sur le bouton Enregistrer en bas de page à droite. * Assure toi que tous les programmes sont fermés avant de lancer le fix ! Ne lance pas le fix tout de suite ! Il faut que t’installe la Console de Récupération Windows si ce n’est pas fait (pour pouvoir démarrer en mode sans échec, … et avoir un démarrage sélectif). Si tu es sûr de l’avoir, continue à l’étape suivante, si non, suis cette procédure pour l’installer avec le CD d’installation Windows en cliquant ICI. Si tu n’as pas le CD, ComboFix contient une procédure d’installation de la Console de Récupération Windows en téléchargeant un fichier depuis Microsoft. Pour l’installer sans CD, suis ces instructions : - Clique ICI pour aller sur le site Web de Microsoft. - Sur cette page, descendez jusqu’à "Téléchargement du fichier programme des disquettes d’installation" et cliquez sur le téléchargement correspondant à votre version de Windows XP (Édition familiale ou Professionnel) et au Service Pack que vous avez installé. Lorsque vous avez cliqué sur le lien de téléchargement du fichier, vérifiez que ce dernier sera enregistré directement sur votre Bureau. Si vous utilisez Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3), sélectionnez le téléchargement Service Pack 2. ce matin jai fais un scan avec malwarebytes et il n'a rien trouvé et c'est bien, car avant a chaque fois que je faisais un scan avec il m'affichait toujours 2 infections

il m'affiche impossible, le nom de fichier n'est pas valide combo-fix --> , alors je l'est telechargé  combo-fix sans ajouter le tiret.

Supprime Toolscleaner et passe à la suite.
Ce petit nettoyage et ces mises à jour vont lui faire du bien à ton PC.

je l'ai suprimé, j'ai un dossier autorun.inf qui se trouve à la racine de disques dur C et D, que je veux le suprimé mais il m'affiche :"impossible de suprimer lp3.This folder was created by UsbFix:le fichier spécifié est introuvable. Verifiez que le chemin el le nom de fichier spécifié son corrects" le 

j'ai fais un scan avec Hijackthis avant de le suprimé, pour voir si tout va bien

Fais bien les MAJ comme demandé.

Ce n'est pas du tout infectieux : c'est ce que l'on appelle une vaccination pour éviter qu'un fichier infectieux du nom d'autorun.inf vienne infecter ta clé.
Donc laisse le et ne te fais pas de soucis.

Repasse Toolscleaner pour virer Hijckthis !

mile merci  pour ton aide et désolé pour le retard, probleme de modem de conexion , mais ça va maintenant, j'ai fais comme tu m'as demandé.
je Fixe cette ligne  mais a chaque fois que je fais un autre scan avec Hijackthis je le trouve de nouveau

salut encore une fois et pardon moi si je pose bq de question , je veux savoir est qu'il y a un moyen pour optilmiser le pc, car il devient lent malgé que l'espace utilisé  du disque dur C/: est  7.24 Go, et l'espace libre est 12.2 Go
