Analyse HiJackThis

Bonjour, J'aurais besoin de quelqu'un qui pourrait analyser mon log hijackthis. Pour savoir si tout est ok! Je trovue que mon ZoneAlarm me demande souvent acces a des programmes bizzare ces temps ci? Si quelqu'un me recommande un autre fire-wall?
