Peripheral not detected on magneto FREE

Hello,
so I have the Freebox, everything works but during the day the TV stayed stuck on "network"
then it started working again.
the TV works fine, the internet too and the phone.
the thing is I had recorded programs and when I go to magneto it tells me no peripheral detected
which means I no longer have the programs I recorded and I can't record anymore either.
has anyone had this issue or not? how did you do it?
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.14

    Good evening,

    I had the same problem after rebooting the Freebox TV.
    Here is what I did:
    - Rebooted my Freebox,
    - Turned on Freebox TV again,
    - In the settings module:
    --> Disk,
    --> Enable

    I even kept the recordings.

    If someone knows a way to transfer the recordings to my PC, I’m interested.

      to retrieve the files you need to install FileZilla there are plenty of tutorials that explain the connection between the two PCs and the TV box
