maintenant pouvez vous m'aidez pour un autre probleme?
j'ai un ordi de salon mais depuis trois jours lorsque je l'allume windows se lance normalement au debut puis j'ai mon fond d'ecran qui apparait mais pas d'icone ni barre de tache. j'ai essayer de lancer "explorer.exe" depuis mon gestionnaire de tache mais rien y fait on dirai qu'il ne repond pas, il s'ouvre mais lorsque je lui demande d'effectuer une tache il ne fait rien, meme en mode sans echec, avec derniere config, etc.... impossible de scan mon disque je ne peux rien lancer pour resoudre mon probleme.
je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'ai visité plusieur forum a la recherche d'une soluce mais aucune ne fonctionne et j'aimerai au moins recuperer mes photos surtout celle de ma loulette qui a deux ans. ( je sais j'aurai du les mettre sur cd....!)
je suis sous: windows xp / athlon x2 AMD 64 / avg8
je n'arrive a rien faire svp avez vous une soluce.

alors,
j'ai telecharger linux mint via le lien proposer, puis je l'ai graver en iso, puis j'ai reconfigurer le bios de mon ordi pour qu'il demarre sur le cd, le cd part bien, il boot, j'ai le message "automatic boot in ... second" si je le laisse décompté, ensuite il me demande un "username" et un "password" que je ne connais pas.
j'ai visité quelque topic sur le sujet dont un qui m'explique comment installer linux pas a pas. donc je suis les conseil de ce topic:
je laisse le cd demarrer, etc ... a la page "automatic boot in .. second" j'appuye sur "entrer". la, une fenetre transparente s'ouvre et me propose 4 action differente:
- start linux mint
- start linux mint in compatibility mode
- memory test
- boot from local drive
qu'est ce que je fais?
si je veux seulement recuperer mes fichier?
