Keyboard issue (arrow key)

I have a small problem with my keyboard; when "Num Lock" is activated, the arrow keys type numbers instead of allowing me to move the cursor with those same keys like before.
Does anyone know how to restore my keyboard to normal?

Is it a generic keyboard (102 keys I think) or is it a branded keyboard for which you can download drivers (Logitech, Microsoft...)
Have you checked in the Control Panel under the keyboard tab if there's anything special?
In the device manager, try uninstalling your keyboard then restart your computer, it will reinstall it.
See you!

It's a Trust keyboard, and yes, I did try to uninstall it.
I deleted the drivers, but nothing works...
Is there no way to reset it to default?
(Maybe the keyboard is malfunctioning? Damn it?)
Thank you for replying to me :)

In fact, I think I understand your problem. The light in the upper right corner of your keyboard must be on, and that's what's preventing you from using the arrow keys on your Excel document. You just need to disable it by pressing the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard. Normally, your problem will be solved...
Goodbye and take care.

Hi
I have the same issue when the Num Lock is active, the arrow keys on the left of the numeric keypad make 4, 8, 6, and 2.
I can't find any solution online, have you found one since then?
Thanks
