Keyboard issue (arrow key)

It's normal, the num lock is meant to activate the keys with numbers. By disabling the num lock, you switch back to the arrow keys, so you just need to press the num lock key, the light should turn off and that's it.

However, this depends on the computers, but on startup, the num lock usually activates automatically, which is normal since numbers are used much more than the arrows, which for me have never been useful!

I think you have a wireless keyboard, try changing the batteries first and then redo the connection method between your keyboard and its receiver (press the connect button on the receiver first, then on the keyboard). Change the batteries
press the connect button on your box
press the connect button on your keyboard

everything should get back to normal.
