Good evening,
This message is intended for those who might be tempted by Avanquest products:
Recently, I was tempted by the software "ON SPEED", to download.
After the download, my antivirus Kaspersky reacted by eliminating two
trojans at first.
I did a thorough scan with Kaspersky, which detected two more trojans!!!
I removed ON SPEED from my PC, and I requested a refund from Avanquest, which refused.
Since then, no news.
As a precaution, when it comes to Avanquest, steer clear: these people are not honest.

Avanquest, I should have read this warning before ordering.
This company is obviously in dire straits.
I paid for software via Paypal that I never received, and I was told I needed to send more money, which I did. The software was never received. And the next day I receive an advertisement offering me to buy the software cheaper than what I paid the first time.
Despite all my follow-ups, still no news.
Not to mention the guy from customer service whose unpleasant attitude resembles that of a government service receptionist.
Yet, there are good merchants out there. It's this kind of company that discourages internet users. I wish that the people who ruin online commerce would disappear from circulation.
