salut

* Télécharge Random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
* Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
* Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
* Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.

( C:\RSIT\log.txt & C:\RSIT\info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Je ne peux ouvrir la page pour telecharger le logiciel .Pouvez me donner un autre lien ?

tu la dezippe sur ton bureau et réessaye la procedure le fichier et renommer en RT

si tu veux gagner du temps au demarrage et que tu n'as pas l'utilité de ce logiciel d'espagnol au demarage tu peux rajouter cette ligne :

* Télécharge Malwarebytes en dezippant l'installeur sur ton bureau

* Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
* Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
SI TU ARRIVE PAS à faire la mise a jour, fait seulement un scan rapide pour l'instant
* Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
* Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
* L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
* Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
* Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

puis si tu peux après fait un scan en ligne ici http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan_fr/scan8/ie.html ou la https://www.kaspersky.fr/downloads avec internet explorer et poste les rapports avec les lignes detectes pas seulement le nombre de virus

bon refait un scan rapide avec malwarebyte et passe au scan en ligne

et quand il a scané il a rien trouvé dans disque C

j'ai deja vu un rapport malwarebyte de quasiment 7 heures...

le scan en ligne peut lui aussi durer 2heures...

j'ai scané le poste avec bitdefender et il a supprimé les virus trouvé

ta aussi virus cleaner sa marche bien et ta ossi norton 2010 ki est sorti est ki est bien moi je lai et i marche tres bien i te suprime tous fichier suspect

il FAUT poster les rapports sinon sa sert presque a rien...

tu as la possibilité de faire passer le rapports
