On many sites, I see that it's not good to have problems. Unfortunately, that's the case almost everywhere. Back then, you bought your vacuum cleaner and the day you had a problem, you brought it back to where you bought it for the warranty... Nowadays, you just give up because it's so complicated. And it's the same for photo books. I've tried them all. All terrible.

They have an online customer service, and they respond by email
quite quickly, no issues with them personally and several book orders
without any problems and I don't live in France.
However, send the email from your account specifying the type of problem from the dropdown menu, check the status of your package with your tracking number.-

If you do not have a parcel number or an order number in your
photobox interface (login and password required to access the account), then your order may not
have been processed. When I mention online customer service, I mean direct chat
and not email, so they must respond.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact me by email, and I will guide you
as I am familiar with their interface in order to get in touch with them. -

I have the same problem; I don't have any tracking number! I ordered a calendar but I haven't received it! And I paid by credit card!

I have never received my order either, despite several emails about so-called shipments! Worse, at first they sent me an album with photos that weren't mine! I asked for a refund and since then it's been radio silence... I'm still waiting today...! Here is the address of the PHOTOBOX customer service: photobox_fr@mailok.custhelp.com They are not credible!

You will not receive a refund through Photobox; they only manage the upload of photos (and when I say manage... :-((
They must take a commission on the products sold and made by their service providers.
My order placed on May 17 arrived on June 6 and...damaged. The bank withdrawal was made on May 24...
Photobox does not refund anything, you have to resolve issues with the service provider.
This site needs to be denounced as it does not live up to the price charged. -

I am disappointed with PHOTOBOX. After a first order of prints that was impeccable, unfortunately, it’s not the same for the next one!
Apparently, July/August is not a good time for quality!
Photos cropped haphazardly (we're wondering why?) faces cut off, etc., pictures glued together, parallel scratches on most of the prints, first order requested in 10x15 (specificity of my album!) and delivered as such, second order delivered in 11x15 and, therefore... tedious re-cutting of the pictures!
Under these conditions, I would not recommend PHOTOBOX.-

I resumed contact by email as indicated in the response message from "Sophie from PhotoBox". My issue was heard and immediately resolved. My account was credited with the 288 defective prints and my shipping costs were refunded. I immediately reordered my photos. They were shipped to me within the week. Result: IMPECCABLE quality. Bravo PhotoBox... there are still customer services worthy of the name! -

Same problem!!!
I placed an order for a birthday, deadline not respected. When I enter the order number, it says that no package matches the search. Of course, the payment was validated, no delay issues there. Of course, zero commercial gesture. In short, it's unacceptable. I will no longer order from this site; it's a disgrace!!!
